Flying Lotus’ New Album Welcomes Back Thom Yorke.

[dropcap]A[/dropcap] spectacular arrangement of electronic creatures swirl around the music of Flying Lotus.  His wistful, frenetic and often times chaotic dispelling of current electronic music trends, make Steve Ellison an artist set apart in the miasma of predictability.

His newest unveiling of ideas will no doubt inspire a new wave of musical ambition,  when Until the Quiet Comes is released October 1, 2012 through Warp. As anyone who fell in love with the track …And the World Laughs With You knows, part of the reason that song is so good is Thom Yorke’s perfect balance of poetic repetition and signature style of croon.  Well, you can bet excitement is a natural precursor to what we will feel when the fruits of this collaboration are brought forth.
