Assassin’s Creed Meets Parkour in Real Life

I’ve always been fascinated by ninjas. When I was a child I wanted to be one, and as an adult I’ve learned to respect and fear them. They are stealthy and discreet warriors. To be honest, they are so stealthy and discreet that I’ve never actually met or seen a real ninja.

The advent of Parkour in Europe and the United States has changed this a little bit, and for that I am happy. I now get to view these ninja-like people jump from building to building running wild through a city with total disregard for the civil laws of nature and reality. They bend and twist up walls upon rooftops and buildings using skills very similar to a ninja. This is a sport and they have dropped the assassin methods of their comparable counterparts, which makes me a bit more comfortable in their presence.

Recently Parkour expert Ronnie Shalvis dropped this video inspired by the video game Assassin’s Creed. This guy is unbelievable and definitely worth a look.
